GetLibraryJobs, a library jobs search engine that uses RSS and Twitter to push jobs out to users, has added a feature called "Critical Need Library Jobs". These jobs are for job seekers who can fill the position right away, according to the site, though I hope that this also implies the employer wants to fill the position with the same urgency. Most of the jobs currently listed are suitable to computer science majors or librarians with some serious programming skills, but that could change depending on the type of postings the job board is harvesting and the information the employer inserts into the posting (such as "need to fill position ASAP").
I like tools that are simple to use, make the most of RSS and don't require a subscription to the service to get access to the postings.
